Every two years the Washington State Department of Health  through the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) conducts a patient satisfaction survey of all the licensed facilities in the state.

 

Generally, the facilities are viewed favorably by the participants, however Recovery Options Northwest rated well above average.
